St. Elizabeth was seen as a ‘bumps and bruises’ hospital in the Greater Cincinnati area—great for basic medical care, but maybe not for the big stuff. So they were looking to rebrand as a place where you can get the world-class care you’re looking for, without losing the personal hometown feel.

I’m Right Here are three simple words, that can mean so much, in so many ways. That’s because it defines a shared understanding, that you’re there for someone. That you have their back, no mater what. And that you’ll do whatever it takes to make them feel safe and secure.

It’s a phrase used to comfort those in need. But more importantly, it’s a pact that lets someone know they’re not alone and—in that moment—they’re the center of the universe.
